Barley days after a shooter wreaked havoc in a nightclub shooting 50 people dead, Orlando, Florida is in the news for the wrong reasons once again as a two-year-old baby was swallowed by an alligator which crawled out from Seven Seas Lagoon near the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, a popular Disney resort in the United States on Tuesday June 14 2016 night.
According to eyewitness, the baby's dad, in a frantic effort to rescue the toddler dived at the alligator but the beast shoved him aside with his mouth leaving him with deep cuts. The panicking mum ran some distance into the water but stopped and watched as the beast retreated into the lagoon with her baby in mouth.
Authorities are not giving up efforts in finding the killer alligator as more than 50 officials are involved in the ongoing search (and rescue) for the baby's remains.
