Inscription On Nigerian Army Logo Is Arabic And It Means...

According to my friend who is an Arabic scholar, he said the inscription on the Nigerian army logo (pictured above) means "ONLY ALMIGHTY Allah CAN GRANT VICTORY - ONLY Allah!"

 

I wonder why the inscription was not written in English, Igbo, Hausa or Yoruba; why should it be written in Arabic?
