Security Guards Allegedly Steal Recharge Card Worth 1.5m Naira In Abuja (Photo)

These two guys Ibrahim Nuhu, 37 and Emeka Moses,27, were apprehended by the police for allegedly stealing 2,500 pieces of Startimes recharge cards worth over 1.5m naira in a warehouse they were supposedly hired to guard.

The police released a statement over the robbery incident:

“Acting on a report and following a discreet investigation, police operatives attached to the Garki division have recovered 2,500 pieces of Startimes N600 recharge cards valued at N1.5m, stolen by Nuhu and Moses, who were private security guards.
“They stole the items from the organisation’s warehouse where they were posted to. They were arrested after their attempt to sell the recharge cards failed and the police division was immediately alerted.”
