Suit-wearing windscreen cleaner Abdulahi Olatoyan spotted in traffic again

Abdulahi Olatoyan is the dapper windscreen cleaner whose story was featured on CNN and other international media outfits. Someone claimed he saw him today cleaning windscreens in a Lagos State traffic.

Obi wrote:

"I met the dapper windscreen cleaner today! In traffic cleaning windscreens! I thought he was finally taken off the streets by well meaning Nigerians. Well we took a selfie at Maryland traffic."

I'm confused as well. Anyone knows why he's still back in traffic?
