2016 Champions League final: Real Madrid 1 - Atletico Madrid 1 (5-3 PK) (full time)

 

Real Madrid has won the 2016 Champions League after defeating rivals Atletico in a penalty shootout in San Siro, Milan. Madrid came in front with a Sergio Ramos goal in 15 minutes but  Yannick Ferreria's goal in the 79th minute sent the game to extra time.

Cristiano Ronaldo netted Real Madrid's fifth and last penalty after extra time to win the game after Atletico's Juanfran  missed his penalty kick.
