#RiversReRun: Gunmen Abduct Rivers State Commissioner Of Water Resources Ibibia Walter

 

Few hours to the National and Rivers State Assembly rerun election, the Rivers state commissioner for water resources, Chief Ibibia Walter has been abducted by unknown gunmen, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has alleged. The party said Chief Ibibia Walter was on his way to Okrika to participate in the election.
