Meek Mill Appeals House Arrest, Wants Some Rules Axed

 

Meek Mill has been under probation and has spent one week under house arrest. Before his imprisonment, the rapper was also banned by a court from attending concerts or performing anywhere else excerpt for charity.

Now it appears Meek needs some money and is appealing for permission to record songs while under house arrest and if possible for the concert ban to be lifted. TMZ says the Philly rapper has began a legal procedure to appeal against his judgement.
