Breaking: 3 Kidnapped Lagos Schoolgirls Released, Police Says N60m Ransom Not Paid

 

The Lagos State commissioner of police, Ajani Fatai Owoseni, has stated that the three students kidnapped by gunmen at the Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary School in Ikorodu has been released.

The CP said that Police has arrested some suspects in connection  with the incident and that no ransom was paid. You can recall that the kidnappers demanded a ransom of 20 million per schoolgirl after the students' parents said they cannot afford the 100 million naira ransom demanded for each of the girls
