We All Know Kanye West Has Been Mentally Unstable But Recent Twitter Outbursts Are Alarming - Chelsea Handler

TV host and comedian Chelsea Handler has spoken about Kanye West's Twitter rants where the rapper once said he is $53m in debt and also asked Facebook founder Mark Zukerberg to invest $1bn in his "art".

Handler said:

"I've always thought he's a maniac, and he just sounds like more of one.'He's acted like this for years and now people are acting surprised that he's acting like this.

"And now he'll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody, even though he's been in this state for years."
