According to eyewitness who shared the photo online, this happened inside a commercial bus heading to  Apapa/Wharf via 2nd Rainbow. For the occupants of the vehicle, they couldn't believe their eyes to see a policewoman evangelizing but were left mouth agape to hear that she's a catholic.
