The incident happened near the Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, USA. The video was uploaded by Youtube user Shawn Winrich who claims to have flown the same chopper only weeks ago.
Said Winrich:
“I was on that exact helicopter 2 weeks ago with Genesis helicopters.Out of the 5 people on the helicopter at the time of crashing, only one passenger was said to have sustained serious injuries while the others went unscathed.
“It was a wonderful flight when we got to it. We were delayed taking off and had to sit on the taxiway hovering, waiting for the airways to clear for the plane that crash landed on the waterway due to engine and landing gear failure.”
