Chelsea Owner Abramovich Introduces £28m Makeover To His £110m London House (Photos)

Billionaire boss Roman Abramovich will splash the cash on a Victorian-style pool and sauna in his basement.

The Chelsea owner has been granted planning permission for the extension at his £110million Kensington mansion.

Abramovich appears to have rethought plans for his Grade II property and will upgrade his current pool with a an underground relaxation spot.

It is believed to be inspired by the Guastavino tile vaults at New York’s City Hall subway station and the Hornsey Wood reservoir under Finsbury Park.
