Four people are confirmed dead after a plane crash in Somerset

Avon and Somerset police released a statement verifying two men and two women were killed when their light aircraft plummeted into a field. The six-seater plane had departed from the Surrey area towards Dunkeswel Aerodrome – an airfield in east Devon. The accident occurred at 11.44am yesterday. The Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) is investigating.
