A resident of 62 ,Alhaji Abasi street Ogudu Lagos ,Solomon Odo is facing a two count charges of child defilement and rape.
He committed the offenses on August 9 at 7.00pm at his residence.
The Prosecutor alleged that Odo defiled the girl by luring her to run an errand for him.He locked her inside and pounced on her.After touching her indecently,he had sexual intercourse with her.,leaving her severely bruised....
The defaulter denied all charges ..
The magistrate granted the accused bail in the sum of 1 million naira with two responsible sureties in like sum.
She said the sureties should have landed property in Lagos state and adjourned trial till September 30
